Coronovirus Outbreak - All Musuko Karate Academy Classes Closed Until Further Notice.

With the Government’s advice changing significantly over the last 24 hours, all class training sessions will stop with immediate effect as of 11am - 17/03/2020.

This decision has been a tough one to make and Sensei Simon, along with the Assistant Chief Instructor and the Club Manager have given this much thought but firmly believe it’s the right one to take.

Evening classes, gradings and events are all cancelled until further notice.

As we stated on Sunday in the event that the club closed, the decision to still award those at the pre-assessment with their new grades will stand and last Sunday's assessment is now officially classed as the grading. All who where there to attempt new Kyu grades will be honoured in this unprecedented situation, and your belts and certificates will be awarded to you when the club reopens. .

Our number one priority is the health and well being of all Musuko Karate Academy members and their families and we encourage you all to follow guidelines as set out by the Government in order to keep yourselves and your loved ones safe during these challenging times.

Please try to remain healthy and positive during this difficult period, and take this opportunity to practice at home were possible working on technique, fitness, speed and power.

Online tuition will be available via our facebook platfrom from early next week - with an option to upload videos of student's progress for feedback from Sensei Simon and our brilliant team of Instructors and Sempai's. .

More information regarding Coronavirus and how it affects us a club will be posted as we receive it within our closed facebook group, and we will endeavour to keep you all updated as much as possible.
