Stranger Danger Course - 12.30 - 1.30 pm
Our Stranger Danger course is for all children of primary school age - where we will be focusing on making children aware of strangers and possible attacks. We will also focus on bullying inside and outside of school and how to stop this being repeated.

Self - Defence Course - 2 - 3.30 pm
The Self-Defence course is designed for all high school children and adults and will focus on attacks in various situations and the techniques to counter them. Mats will be used to show 'take downs'.
